Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:• The laws of the State of Florida for users in the Americas;• The laws of the Republic of Benin for users in West Africa; and• The laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo for users in Central Africa. Any dispute shall be settled by competent courts in the respective jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
