Vanessa Romulus

Vanessa is a highly experienced administration strategist known for her exceptional leadership at Novatis, where she fosters a culture of excellence. As the Managing Director, she plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting various teams, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client expectations, thereby driving the organization’s growth.

With over a decade of rich experience in strategic planning, performance management, change management, and outsourcing, Vanessa has honed her skills across a diverse range of sectors, including the private industry, the United Nations, international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and consulting firms. Her responsibilities at Novatis involve the development and implementation of comprehensive, people-centric policies designed to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent.

Before founding Novatis, Vanessa made significant contributions in Administration and Human Resources, where she led teams of consultants tasked with evaluating the operational capabilities of public sector organizations, including their HR policies and administration practices. Her rich career includes impactful roles within prestigious organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Society (IFRC). She has also worked with Hunger Relief International, Un Enfant Par La Main (UEPLM), and Haiti's national water and sanitation agency (DINEPA).

Throughout her journey in Administration and HR, Vanessa has taken on a variety of roles, mastering areas such as outsourcing, people development, research and development, regulatory compliance, leadership, team management, and strategic planning.

She serves as the secretary of the Board of Trustees for Novatis Hope International, a prominent organization based in the United States dedicated to humanitarian efforts and community development.

Described as result-oriented and dependable, Vanessa possesses a proven track record of formulating and implementing effective processes that drive competitive growth within organizations. Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Port-au-Prince, which further enhances her strategic insight and professional acumen.
